Chloe Smith MP welcomes much needed investment in the London to Norwich Line

Member of Parliament for Norwich North, Chloe Smith, today welcomed the announcement by Network Rail of £2 billion investment into the main London to Norwich Line.

The announcement comes as Chloe and MPs from across East Anglia continue to strongly campaign for urgent improvements to the region’s rail network. Their simple demands are:

• A reliable service.


• Renewed rolling stock.


• Connecting Norwich to London in less time.
