Chloe Smith MP to take part in official opening of new electrical training centre.

Chloe Smith, Member of Parliament for Norwich North, will on Thursday 27^th August 2015 be taking part in the official opening of a new Training Centre for the Electrical Industry in the region.

Chloe will be opening the newly refurbished facilities at the invitation of the Directors of East of England Electrical Training. The facilities are a purposed built training centre that allows students to take City and Guilds certificates as well as being a Blue Flame Certification accredited centre.

NAPIT, one of the leading Government approved and United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) accredited membership scheme operators in the building services industry, has appointed East of England Electrical Training as its approved training provider for the region.

The Centre is already engaged with local industry employers, both large and small, who are seeking to make use of the training provision available.

Chloe comments: “I’m delighted to take part in the official opening of the new training facility that will provide students will the ability to train for certificates and awards in a fit for purpose facility. This is what helps get people into work, providing the security of qualifications and a career ahead."
